Welcome to Jaziz Studio! I'm so glad you're here. These Terms of Service explain how I run my online shop and how you can use this website and purchase from it.
By visiting or purchasing from Jaziz Studio, you agree to follow these Terms and my Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please do not use my website or services.
1. About Jaziz Studio
Jaziz Studio is my creative business, where I design and sell art prints, illustrated products, and creative lifestyle items. All products are fulfilled using print-on-demand partners, such as Gelato, which means each item is made especially for you once an order is placed.
My shop is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables me to sell my products to you.
2. Ordering
When you place an order with me, you are offering to buy a product under these Terms. Once your order has been confirmed and payment processed, you'll receive an email confirmation. As all items are printed to order, cancellations are not usually possible once production has begun — so please check your order carefully before completing checkout.
If I am unable to accept your order (for example, if there is an error in pricing or stock availability), I'll contact you by email as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
Your purchase is subject to my Refund and Return Policy.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time, but you'll always be charged the amount shown at checkout. Shipping and taxes (if applicable) will be added during checkout.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify and PayPal. You must ensure that your billing details are correct and that you're authorised to use your chosen payment method.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Because my products are printed to order, delivery times may vary depending on where you're based. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, but please note these are only estimates. Once your order has been dispatched, I'm not responsible for postal delays or customs processing times.
If your parcel doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact me at jamila@jazizstudio.com and I'll be happy to assist.
5. Returns and Refunds
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there's a problem with your order, please refer to my Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Please note that as all products are made to order, I can only offer refunds or replacements for damaged, defective, or misprinted items. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
6. Accuracy of Information
I make every effort to display my products and designs accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings or device. Occasionally there may be errors, omissions, or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. I reserve the right to correct such errors or update information without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, and text on this website are created by me, Jamila Aziz, and remain my intellectual property. They are protected under UK and international copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any of my designs or images without written permission. Purchasing a product from Jaziz Studio does not grant you any commercial rights to the artwork.
8. Third-Party Services
My store may include links to other websites or use tools from third-party providers (for example, Shopify and Gelato). I am not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of these external services. Please review their privacy policies and terms before using them.
9. Feedback and Reviews
I really value your feedback. By submitting reviews, suggestions, or photos of your purchase, you grant me permission to share this content for marketing or promotional purposes (for example, on social media or the website).
You confirm that any content you share is your own and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use my website or services for anything unlawful, harmful, or misleading. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Copying or redistributing my designs without permission;
- Uploading harmful code or spam;
- Attempting to interfere with or damage the site's functionality;
- Using my artwork or content for commercial resale.
11. Limitation of Liability
I do my best to ensure your order and experience are smooth, but I can't be held responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as delivery delays, lost profits, or technical issues beyond my control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so — for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and I both agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
