Digital Download Licence & Terms

UK Law Compliant – Last updated: 08 December 2025

Thank you for choosing Jaziz Studio. These terms apply to all digital products purchased from my store. By downloading or using any digital file, you agree to the terms below.

1. Licence Type

Unless stated otherwise, all digital products include a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for:

Personal Use

✔ You may print the artwork for personal use.

✔ You may use the files in personal creative projects.

 

Small Business Use

✔ You may create up to 100 physical end products (e.g., prints, cards, T-shirts) for sale.

✔ Credit is appreciated but not required.

 

Not Allowed

✖ You may NOT resell, share, gift, or distribute the digital files.

✖ You may NOT upload the artwork to any print-on-demand platform (e.g., Gelato, Etsy POD, Redbubble, Merch) as a digital asset.

✖ You may NOT claim the design as your own or modify it for resale as a digital product.

A full copyright licence file is included in every download.


2. Digital Refund Policy (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, all digital products are non-refundable.

However, if there is:

  • a file error
  • a download issue
  • a technical problem

Please email jamila@jazizstudio.com and  I will replace the file promptly.

This is in line with UK consumer law, which allows sellers to refuse refunds for digital goods after they have been accessed.


3. Delivery of Digital Downloads

Your files are available immediately after purchase.

A download link will also be emailed to you.

If your files don’t appear, please contact me and I will resend them.


4. Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, patterns, and artwork remain the copyright of Jaziz Studio under the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Purchasing a digital file does not transfer copyright.

You receive a licence to use the file under the terms above.

Legal action may be taken against unauthorised reselling, copying, or sharing.


5. Licence Upgrades

If you need:

  • extended commercial rights
  • more than 100 physical products
  • POD usage rights
  • branding or logo usage

Email me and I can create a custom licence.

6. Your Agreement

By purchasing and downloading my digital products, you agree to:

  • use the files responsibly
  • keep them safely stored
  • not share or distribute them
  • follow UK copyright laws
