Each item is made to order and shipped directly from my trusted printing partner, Gelato, which has fulfilment centres around the world. This helps reduce waste and ensures your order is printed and delivered as efficiently as possible.
Processing Times
All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed and prepared before dispatch.
You'll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- UK: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA & International: 7–14 business days
Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and product type. Occasionally, multiple items in your order may arrive separately — this is normal for print-on-demand orders and does not affect shipping costs.
Customs and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country's regulations. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery progress.
If you haven't received your order within 30 days of shipping confirmation, please email me at jamila@jazizstudio.com so I can investigate with Gelato.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While most deliveries arrive on time, delays can occasionally happen. If your order appears lost or severely delayed, please contact me and I'll do my best to help resolve it quickly.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. I can't take responsibility for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
