Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Jaziz Studio! Each item is made especially for you, and I truly want you to love your order.
If for any reason you're not completely happy, here's how my return process works 👇
🕊️ Returns
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please email me at jamila@jazizstudio.com. Once your return is approved, I'll arrange the process with my printing partner, Gelato, and provide you with the correct return instructions.
📦 Please don't send any items back without contacting me first — as all products are printed and shipped directly by Gelato, returns sent without approval won't be accepted.
💛 Damages or Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me straight away at jamila@jazizstudio.com.
To help me resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- A clear photo of the item showing the damage or printing issue
- A photo of the packaging (including the shipping label, if possible)
- Your order number and a short description of the problem
Once I've reviewed the details, I'll work with my printing partner, Gelato, to arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Please note that all claims for damaged or faulty items must be made within 14 days of delivery.
🚫 Items That Can't Be Returned
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or personalised products (such as made-to-order art prints or apparel)
- Digital downloads
- Sale items and gift cards
Because each product is printed specifically for you, returns are only accepted for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out — I'm always happy to help.
